Buyer Client or Buyer Customer

As a buyer you basically have 2-options when you work with a real estate agent. You can either opt to have representation as a buyer client or you can work with the seller's representative as a buyer customer. As the buyer you are funding the commission in either case. The commission is built into the selling price and paid at the closing.

The difference to you is huge!
Imagine a court room where you are required to pay the fees for your opponent's attorney, and the attorney working with you (also paid by you) is legally obligated to represents your opponent's best interest.

Does it seem far fetched? Impossible? NO!

That's what happens when you choose to buy through a seller's agent. Everyone represents the seller. No one represents the buyer.

In real estate you get to choose!
As a realtor we prefer to work with you as a buyer client. We can then use all of our professional expertise to find you the property of your dreams at the very best price and terms possible at no additional cost to you!
